Haunted mansion coloring page

A haunted mansion takes up the whole page: a tall old house with a pointed roof, a chimney, a porch and a ghost looking out of every single window, with a full moon behind the roof and a fence along the front. It is the most detailed drawing in the collection, every plank, shingle and window frame drawn separately, so this is the one for an older child or an adult with a sharp pencil. The trick is to keep the house in two or three dull colors and let the ghosts and the moon stay white, so they glow. The kawaii ghost is the opposite kind of page: one ghost, no house.

How to color Haunted mansion

1. dark grey Grey, brown or dusty purple for the walls and roof, a shade darker on the shingles than on the planks.
2. Leave every ghost white and give the windows a yellow glow behind them.
3. A night blue sky with the moon left white, and dark green or black for the fence.
